This young Full Blood male continues to demonstrate exceptional stamina, terrain ability, and the hallmark traits of the inland northern heritage dogs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Their latest outing \u2014 a full ascent of <strong>Little Sugarloaf<\/strong>, approximately <strong>1000 ft elevation<\/strong>, overlooking <strong>Newfound Lake<\/strong> \u2014 shows Reidar transitioning from basic trail work into true mountain conditioning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Summit Work \u2013 Little Sugarloaf (New Hampshire)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The hike was <strong>1.5 miles<\/strong>, with grades ranging from <strong>10\u201318%<\/strong>, and terrain featuring:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">rock sections<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">root systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">treefall obstacles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">steep grade transitions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">narrow trail segments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reidar handled all of it with ease.
