We are so happy to have Caroline and Alan working with in our co-breeder program. I had wanted an Ontario breeder for a fair bit of time as we have a large group of our folks out that way and we had thought about it before.

 When I wanted to place Kessa into the breeding program Caroline got ahold of me right away and offered to work with me. They are skilled Elkhound handlers and have had them for years.

This is a great opportunity for people in Eastern Canada to be able to get our ancient genetics much closer to home and it's going to be so great. We have a great male out there with Grant and he lives close by so we can use him as our stud for Kessa.

Alan and Caroline are outdoors and active with the girls they have, Kessa is kept in tremendous condition and they are firm believers in preservation genetics and old world breeding concepts. They understand the natural health aspects of breeding and caring for Norwegian Elkhounds and it's such a blessing to have great friends who have the same passion for the dogs.

Exciting times are in front of us all.

Caroline loves Kessa and Ella and she is committed to keeping these great dogs thriving for future generations.

It takes a group of people working as a team to preserve these ancient lineage dogs as it's a huge committment to care and provide a great home for these working bloodlines. Norwegian Elkhounds like Kessa are active and rugged, they have full instincts intact and Alan and Caroline are happy to have her there.

They can keep her in great shape provide a wonderful home and life and enjoy all the companionship that Kessa will give them.

Caroline has been able to bond with Kessa and develop that working relationship so easily as Kessa is of course one of the handler focused lineages of Kamia. She is a famous Karu and Silver Nova daughter, you can not imagine how excited we are about pups from Kessa.

Kessa's sister Kaleva is just as stunning and she is down at our co-breeder in Idaho.

To be able to have both these sisters preserving that old bloodline of our ancient dogs is amazing really, and we can not say enough great things about Caroline and Alan for assisting us.

 

We are delighted that Kessa was able to fit right in with her new pal, Ella.

Ella is happy to have Kessa come and keep her company and makes life fun and exciting for both Norwegian Elkhounds.

Norwegian Elkhounds are pack oriented and it's great to have a couple together. When Kessa has a new litter Ella will be a great help as a mentor and companion for Kessa and the pups.

Our future is bright in Eastern Canada and I am excited about developments soon with Kessa and it's a great honor to have Caroline and Alan working with us to secure the breed.
